250m swim followed by a run around the North lake

or 500m swim with a 2 lap around the Lake.

All running will take place around the North Lake, within the Park

This is a new event held on the North Lake.

Ideal for an early season fitness test , or for competitors venturing into open water swimming for the 1st time.

Medals to all finishers.

Prizes 1st 3 Male and Female and 1st 40+

All results will be available at the finish and published on this website.
